I'm inclined to say no, but I don't think it would matter anyway. A strong LSAT and UGPA will get you into a law school; whether or not you were admitted to said law school's UG program should be irrelevant.

I was admitted to a couple law schools that waitlisted (or rejected -- I think UChicago was flat out) me 6 years ago as a senior in hs. I highly doubt they talk.
Edit: actually nvm I never ended up submitting an application to Chicago back then. Columbia definitely deferred-> WLd me tho
