Just spitballing here, any ideas appreciated.

When would you be happy to get a text from admissions, if ever? Would you want to have some interactions with admissions over text instead of email, like RSVPing to ASW or providing feedback?

I think updates would be great, instead of refreshing your status to see when your app goes UR. Or verification for reception of additional documents. And you would hope it wouldn't turn into messages that weren't necessary or trivial.
