Hi,
I know a foreign trained lawyer with US LLM. Can this person apply for US JD ? Any such JDs available in the tri-state region easily ?

If by "easily" OP is referring to law schools into which it is easy to be admitted, he's come to the right country. There are TTTs galore here.
