Goes on the resume and there's also a section on the app where you put it all in.

Do NOT intertwine your work experience into your personal statement, as that will create a narrative resume that will be a weak essay. If you have one experience at work that would make for a compelling story, go for it. But don't just rehash what's on your PS.
