Law Schools Browse LSN for YP?

This might be a bit of a stretch, but I can't help but wonder if top law schools scan LSN to see where applicants have already gotten in to yield protect more.
For example, let's say there's an applicant with a 3.XX GPA/1XX LSAT/and softs y and z. It isn't too hard to determine exactly who that applicant is.
Now, let's say this applicant gets admitted to Yale. Would a school like Chicago be able to notice this from LSN and waitlist him, to see if he's really committed? I mean, the chances of someone matriculating to Chicago after getting into Yale aren't statistically super high.
I mean, this may only apply to a select group of applicants, maybe URMs (as there's a smaller pool to guess LSN profiles from in general), but it might explain why some people get into a high ranked school and then get hit with waitlists at lower ranked ones.
