are these softs good?

21 years old, small private university
1. subway franchisee (technically mine and under my name, but it is operated and pretty much controlled by my dad)
2. co-president in an LLC selling college textbooks online (since 2009)
3. law clerk at a real estate law office (from last october to present)
4. part time employee at a convenience store and part time at Nike Factory Outlet during freshman year
5. UG Honors program
6. 2 clubs at my college, 1 is a religious club and the other is an ethnic
7. alpha chi honors society (top 5% of major)
8. dual admitted to law school upon entrance to undergrad (crappy law school, not sure if this is a soft)
9. 3.97 UG School GPA, 3.85 LSDAS GPA (stupid dual enrollment credits from high school, not really a soft)
10. attend my college on a full academic scholarship (don't think this is a soft either)

non-URM

I want to know if any of these factors can help to increase my chances at all. I am aiming for some schools in the top 30 or T40, but I can't know for sure until June LSAT scores.

none of them are special but some of them are unique in that adcomms probably dont see restaurant franchisees too much. Above average, but not significantly so.

Straight-up average. OP, get a 170+ LSAT and go to a t14 with scholarship.
