Hi all,

Sent my application in on Feb 1, 2013 (I know, pushing it), got "application received" Feb 4.

It's now March 14 and still no change. I called the office last week and they said to call 8 weeks after the "application received" status (That is, the end of March). Should I be worried it's taking this long to switch to complete? I hear after that it takes some time for it to go "under review", then JS1, then JS2 - should I consider myself dinged then, considering the timeframe?

Hmmm that is kind of a long time. But they cannot have dinged you with out looking at your application / it going complete

you shouldn't be worried; you applied late, so you're going to get a decision late (probably mid-April). just hang in there.
