Anyone willing to critque a LOCI?

Hey guys,
This is my first time writing a LOCI in general. Its for my number 1 school I'm on the waitlist for. Hoping someone with experience can review it and tell me what they think and if its the proper way to go about writing one of these things ( I've found and read all the previous forum posts on how to write a LOCI, I just want to make sure mine is on track).
