I got held at Harvard recently, so I thought I would send them a new transcript with my Fall term senior grades added.
I requested my updated transcript to be sent to the LSAC and got an e-mail from the LSAC saying that they received it.
Now... how do I send it to Harvard?

LSAC should automatically send a new report including the new transcript to all the schools you have applied to within a few days after receiving the updated transcript.
