Hello all,
I am writing this from India and I know I am awfully late due to unforseen circumstances and I am getting ready to submit my applications for a couple of universities whose deadlines are FEB 1st,2013 . today!!!!

I just want to know if the deadline means Eastern Standard Time midnight ?

Here in India, its already 8.30 PM and I would be eternally grateful if someone can tell me if I only have a couple of hours left or I can follow the EST .

I hope someone can respond and clarify this for me.

I would assume midnight in the school's time zone. Good luck!
