What's the consensus on using old letters of recommendation to apply?

I have some old letters from when I applied back in 2009/2010, but don't have the time or the means to get new ones (since I'm working now, and don't want to let my employer know I'm thinking of leaving.) Will old letters automatically disqualify me?

A lot of people get letters while in undergrad, then take a couple years off before applying. It shouldn't be a problem at all.

It should be fine. My undergrad, which sends many, many, many people to T-14s and T-20s has a practice of having students leave LORs on file with them (get them written while the professors remember who we are) right before graduation, just in case we need them later on down the line for stuff like law school applications.
