Where should I apply (next year)?

I am a Canadian student, who graduated from a Canadian UG. When I convert my grades to the US system (using the chart), I have a 3.88. I graduated #1 in my class. I am a Killam-Fulbright fellow, where I got a 4.0/4.0 at a US institution on my exchange. I worked 25 hr/week during my entire undergrad for the federal Canadian government. I did my 4 year degree in 3 years. Unfortunately, I have a 162 LSAT. I am truly unwilling to redo it as I have already gotten into a top Canadian institution (Osgoode Hall). I am a gay male (not sure if that does anything for URM).

If I consider the US, where should I look at applying? Any comments on my application?

Retake, score above 170, and enjoy YSH.

it looks bleak without a retake.

you do have nice softs though, and I am unsure how they would play into the decision, I would assume it would only matter if you were a borderline candidate which may push you off a waitlist. ED UVA may be your best bet in that instance.
