Fear I messed up BIG time. C & F

I'm not sure about anyone else, but I have had the most trouble with Characters and Fitness questions. I have been a particularly well-behaved student and citizen, but I'm afraid if I don't disclose every little thing, then it will come back to haunt me pre-bar. My situation now is that I don't know if I should report something extremely minor that happened my freshman year of college. Basically, I had a male guest in my dormitory room and he needed to use the restroom. He was required to use the restroom on the first floor. Well, the rules were if you had a guest in your room, you must escort them around the building at all times. Well, he went to the bathroom alone, and we both got written up. We lost our visiting privileges for two weeks, and that was the only "trouble" I ever got in as a student. I've been having trouble distinguishing this as a violation of student "conduct" or student "honor" code, if at all. I have included it in all of my applications so far, but have been worried that this may actually hurt me. I'm afraid if they see "yes" on a C&F that I violated a school code, they'll automatically think its something terrible (I.e. plagiarism, cheating, etc) when, in fact, it was something very trivial. I guess that's what addendums are for, but I'm wondering if I should have included it at all.

What do you all think? To me, I hope they'll see it as trying to be one-hundred percent honest.

Don't worry. You can update your choices now and let them know this slipped your mind before, or you can update them once you get in. I've never heard of a school that wouldn't let you amend this portion of your application once you started because the school wants you to pass the bar and get employed.

I seem to be a bit more relaxed than most when it comes to C & F questions, but this really seems inconsequential and I wouldn't bother reporting it.

Just seems pointless not to report it since it will have absolutely no effect on his cycle.

There's a dead stripper in my bathroom and three kilos of colombian bam-bam in my shower. WILL HYS STILL TAKE ME!?

Lol, OP you don't need to worry about something like this. Even if it was put into your official "record" from your undergrad, it's unlikely to be considered any sort of omission of a crime of moral turpitude. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Don't even worry. Disclose. I know someone who got caught plagiarizing IN her 3l year of law school and still passed c&f in California
