Do you mean addendum? And did you retake the LSAT?
An LSAT addendum is a good idea if your parent died the morning of, you were sick with pneumonia, or a wrecking ball came through the wall during the test.

When you have a better score and the first, lower one was the result of something other than not enough prep.
