Mail in LOR or Online submission? Which is better or faster?
How long is it taking to submit Letter or Recs in the snail mail? Should I have my Recommender submit online? (It will actually be me submitting it then.)

Online is faster. Had two recommenders submit the same day, and the online one was processed three days sooner than the letter version (though this was also right in the middle of Sandy).
