Top Law Schools

So I just applied for an LSAC fee waiver and was immediately denied for "income exceeds the eligibility criteria." But all of my income comes from UG financial aid. Does full scholarship = too much money automatically?

Also FWIW, my parents make a very small amount of money considering the number of exemptions, so the issue is probably my income, not theirs. I actually use whatever excess funds I have to help support my family. Is that a good enough reason to appeal?
