Do you mean a third retake (fourth take)?
The policy is three times in two years. When were your previous three?

I would definitely inquire. LSAC operates as a non-profit and even they weren't expecting such a tremendous decline in apps (although their app fee increases suggest they did expect a continued drop). They could be more forgiving right now since they are likely on track to shoot under budget.
And unlike misbubbling corrections or ADD test accommodations, I've actually heard of people successfully getting 4th chances. The worst they can do is say no (and please update thread with your findings).

Will do. Thanks for the encouragement.

Definitely give it a shot. I was able to do a fourth retake without a problem but had sort of a unique history. PM if you want more info.
