Applying twice-same LORs, statement?

Hello all,

After receiving a low LSAT score (156) on the December LSAT, but having a GPA of 3.75, I want to re-take the LSAT and apply for the next admission cycle. However, I have fee waivers for law school applications for this cycle and was wondering if it would hurt to apply twice to the same schools. For example, if I apply to NYU this cycle and receive the expected rejection letter, would it lower my chances of acceptance to NYU the next time around? Also, this might be a silly question but can I use the same LORs, personal statement etc when re-applying for 2014?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Do not apply to NYU (or any school) with a 156. Just wait until next year.
