Usually schools will provide this information on their admissions pages (look for a class profile or something similar).

Theyre official.
Schools often post their medians online and announce their newest class' numbers at orientation in the Fall.
Also, medians are realsed by USNWR in the Spring. You would have to pay USNWR to see them, but they always get leaked.

5 of the 12 T14 schools with known GPA medians changed by atleast .2
2 of the 12 T14 schools with known LSAT medians dropped by 1 (very likely due to the drop in apps). The other 10 maintainted their LSAT median.
