W's will not factor into your LSDAS GPA (I have more than 10 W's and they didn't.) WF (withdraw-failing) will count punitively. Basically if they can count it then they will. If they can't, then they won't.

If you read their GPA calculation carefully, you can calculate exactly what your LSDAS GPA is. My transcript is a trainwreck and I was able to predetermine it with .00 accuracy.

Sure take the classes. Median is important. And W's don't count against you as long as they aren't late drops.

I actually think it depends on how one's undergraduate institution handles the W's. as long as they don't count them as punitive, LSAC doesn't either. However, if one's school counts not only WF's but also W's as 0.00, I think LSAC counts them as such too.
This is correct but I've never heard of w's counting as 0.00 at someone's school. I would imagine if they do there is a new intermediate step between w then.
