i say no. On another note, I became a Paul Harris Fellow because someone donated money to the Rotary Club in my name. Should I list that as well? I helped recruit volunteers and volunteered myself in some of their fundraising activities. (there's no school affiliation, so it doesn't seem that this recognition would be listable.)
