Is it better to apply with regular admission and a higher GPA or early with a lower GPA to a top tier school? I have a 3.3 but at the end of the coming semester I will likely have a 3.45. I'm not sure if I should wait or not. I want the best chance at admission that I can have.

Apply now then update with new grades.

Its already kind of late for this cycle, so youll want to apply ASAP.

Applying after your spring semester is ridiculously late, and probably past most deadlines.

I'm a junior. I took the LSAT in December. I want to apply in August but I'm afraid that if I wait to update my grades, I will be rejected before I even get a chance to update.

You can't apply in aug, most schools start sept. but apply first thing then update gpa later
