gpa addendum?

I got a 3.68 gpa in 2 years at community college and then transfered to a school w/o grades. My cum gpa remains 3.68 but no #s for last 2 years, just lengthy written evals (positive, but will they take the time?). For the schools I'm applying to, my cgpa is decent, should I address it or let the chips fall where they may? Thanks
