Going to law school from an average college

Basically, I was an underachiever in high school. I got a 29 on my ACT but my GPA is so low from slacking off my first two years that I can't expect to get into a highly ranked college.
Let's say I end up at Northern Michigan University -- my safe school -- if I get a very high GPA and high LSATs, will Law Schools ignore my application because of the lack of prestige of the University?

Edit: Even if I end up at NMU, I'd be looking to transfer. This is just worst case scenario.

I think there is a guy from NMU in my section at a top ten school. They don't care.

Huge relief to hear. I imagine I'll get into a few more schools, but NMU really appeals to me.

Law schools don't care. I went to a shitty university. Come back in a few years when you're applying to law schools and we can laugh together at the dudes who are MAF that their Princeton GPAs don't count more than ours.

Yeah, makes zero difference. I went to a random state school and now attend a T14 where I sit next to a guy from Yale. Just get a good GPA.

Just do whatever you can to have the highest GPA possible and you'll be good.

This is the great justice of the U.S. law school admissions process
