No, you put the experience on your resume. So when they say, "what was s/he doing that semester?" they can get the answer from your resume.

Well, yeah, and then the next thing they'll do is flip over to your resume. If it's chronologically organized, problem solved. Addendums are, in theory, for information that you can't or haven't been able to put elsewhere in your application.
