Is it worth mentioning that I bill and collect my hours?

I'm a legal assistant who is billed at $150/hour, billing roughly 60 hours/billing cycle to clients, and the firm generally collects 90% of that time (after write-offs). Is it worth mentioning this information in my law school application resume or supplemental statements? I'd appreciate your feedback, thank you.

It's pretty normal for legal assistants/paralegals to bill hours. Focus on your actual accomplishments in your job, not the technicalities of how your time is billed.

School might fear receiving a bill from you for law school application completion.

Absolutely won't matter to a law school. There is very little about law school that relates to the practice of law. Save this nugget of info for your applications to firms.

Thank you for the suggestions and advice. The remark about a bill for my application was funny :D
