Have you done any work with them since going to college? Or have you just kept in touch? If you haven't done any work with them and they don't have any experience with your post-high school work, I wouldn't use them. Also, do you have any alternative evaluations to use?

I wouldn't use anyone from high school, and especially not if you haven't worked with them since.

Don't use them. No law school in the country cares about the LSAC evaluations anyway. Just submit your two very best academic letters of recommendation. If all three are likely to be equally strong, send all three. If one is likely to be the weakest, do not send it. Quality over quantity, by far.
