You haven't given enough information for your particular situation, but I think most will argue that nothing below T14 is worth sticker (some also argue that most of the T14 aren't worth sticker). The amount of debt you'll have paired with the few opportunities to service that debt make it a bad investment.

75% scholly - no T2 is worth full price (note that some state schools have discounted tuition, so if you're talking a cheap state school at sticker vs an expensive T3 at scholly, the T2 might make more sense)username101 wrote:include why- debt averse? job market?

Why do you want to go to law school?
But regardless of your reason, T2 at sticker is basically financial suicide. So don't do that.

Neither.
If you are absolutely insistent on going to law school with those options, I'd say take the T3 w/ scholly, because at the end of the day, you'll be unemployed with less debt.
But let me say again:
Neither.

BYU is T1.dingbat wrote:Unless the T2 is BYU, it's dicey
The correct answer to the question in the OP is neither, retake, etc. Unless the T3 is the premier law school in a particular region in which the OP hopes to work. I can't think of any schools that fit that category, but I'm just throwing it out there as a remote possibility.

Within the region, they dont really have to, because the vast majority of UT grads dont want to work in West Texas.eric922 wrote:How does Texas Tech compete with UT Austin?
But, i mean, when it comes to Dallas/Houston/Austin/San Antonio... UT >>>>>>> UH/SMU/B >>> TT all day

Don't go to a T2 at sticker unless you are getting very cheap in-state tuition, you have a chunk of the living expenses covered, and the school places well in its region.
Don't go to a T3 with a 75% scholarship unless the scholly has no stipulations, you have living expenses covered, and the school places well within its region.
