So many of the law schools I applied to wanted to know everything, including moving violations. I reported that I got cited for speeding recently, and that I submitted a trial by written declaration, pending as of 11/28/12. But, the decision came out (unfortunately right after I submitted all my applications), and I was found guilty. Would I have to update that I was found guilty? If so, how?

That's rough, dude, but it's no big deal. I'd update your original addendum to include the new information, make a note in italics at the bottom stating when you updated it, and send it in an e-mail to each school's general e-mail address. Say in the e-mail that you've included an updated version of your C&F addendum and that you hope it can be appended to your submitted application.

People update their apps all the time. Nobody will care, it's just an administrative thing.

Yes you should update. No one will care about minor speeding. You should have gotten a lawyer.

Hm, and I can hire an attorney for trial de novo since my written declaration failed.. Anyways, that's off topic. Thanks for your replies, I will email them.
