Post by Pip42 » Wed Nov 28, 2012 9:09 pm

Removed.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to go ahead and disclose it based on the exact wording of the question.

I am starting to feel like your my own personal helper. lol

I know that no one really cares and that and the only thing that would matter is if I didn't disclose it and there was actually something there. I am really just wondering if it looks bad to say... here is what happened and I don't remember anything coming of it but I am telling you just in case?

If they want documentation, you can just send a cert letter to the school asking for any records, and then you've done your best to get any "official" record. Just disclose in your statement that no charges were filed.

So I would respond "yes" to the C&F question and then in the attachment explain the situation and that no charges were filed? Or would I say "no" to the C&F question and then attach a statement anyway explaining things.

This would all be much easier if I applied when I was 23. Blah!

If you were arrested and q asks if you were arrested, yes and attach. If not, put no then email addendum a week or so after app. You can also call the schools and ask if you should disclose.
