I recently discovered that I missed a detail in an application which asked for me to add my LSAC account number and name to the header of every personal statement page. It was one of those hidden details which is not written in the general instructions, but added to the instructions on the specific attachment page. Should I just ignore it and hope it doesn't hurt my app too much or should I send the admissions office an e-mail with an altered PS and trying to spin the mistake (i.e. say it is not bad mistake because I noticed it, proving I am detail oriented and dedicated to my application)?

Send an amended PS and just say that you forgot to include your LSAC #. Don't spin it, don't make them guess what you changed, just be honest. It won't effect you at all negatively, if anything they will appreciate it.
