March 15 deadline for application and the Feb LSAT

is there anyway to get the application together and shipped out through lsac if i'm depending of the feb lsat score?

It's possible, barring any mishaps on the LSAT scores getting back. Usually it takes around three weeks. You can fill out all your apps on LSAC without a score. They day you get your score you can add that to the apps and send it out.
