Waiving Letter Right?

My boss is writing me a letter of recommendation. He wants to show it to me because he wants it to be ideal and help me as much as possible. Will it hurt my application if I don't waive my right to see it? Can I see the first draft, give feedback, and then waive my right to the second?

Also, I already have academic recs and I am sure I want to submit this, because it addresses an element of me not present in my PS.

The LOR waiver is saying you waive your right to obtain it from the school after you're enrolled. You can sign the waiver and still look at it before submitting.
