I am of the opinion that waiting is always a good idea. Work experience is valuable in a million ways and not just to law schools. Also, you have less than a month before the LSAT and if you underperformed so much in October you should take as much time to study as possible and then apply early next cycle. Applications will still be down then, making the cycle as easy as this one.

Need more info. How long is the job overseas ? What type of work ? Will you increase a foreign language proficiency ? What are your current numbers & where do you want to practice law ?

Earlier posts show that you claim a 159/3.8 & 160/3.81. Will this be your third sitting for the LSAT or did you just round-up your 159 to a 160 thereby suggesting that you have two more cracks at the LSAT in the near future ?

You should retake in order to increase your options since you have a strong GPA. Of course, the only question remaining is when to retake the LSAT. Why not wait a year or two since you already have a job lined up abroad ?
