Switching from ED to RD

Do schools usually allow this? I applied ED to GULC, but after realizing how painful 150,000+ really is I'm more inclined to attend somewhere with $$$. Will GULC let me switch to RD? They haven't reviewed my app yet.

They should permit you to switch prior to a final admission decision, but, if not, then withdraw your application to Georgetown prior to being accepted ED (since, of course, a rejection or waitlist result is not binding).
