you might want to call your school and notify officials about the error. if there was indeed an error, the institution should send LSAC a revised copy for free. that way, you can ensure an official change to your LSAC report. if you try try to notify LSAC and schools directly, you the run the risk of them blowing you off/not believing you.
even if you are going to complete your app today, you should have a clean official record, without small errors like this.
