Sending a paper application

When sending a paper application? How does the UG GPA calculated?
I am applying to NU AJD and will possibly apply with a GMAT score vs. an LSAT one (depends how I scored in oct). According to them, I can apply with a paper app without LSAC's CAS brewing involved, which will mean I will have to make sure that all my LOR will get to them directly.
Does anyone have any experience with sending a paper app and/with applying to the AJD prog? There is hardly any info about it here or elsewhere.
