Part Time vs. Full Time Admission and Scholarship questions

A few questions:

1.) Is there a way to apply to both part-time and full time positions at a law school? I noticed on the apps you have to choose one, however maybe there is a way to call each school directly to make this happen? Does it look bad to ask for this? Anyways, perhaps a candidate isn't accepted into full-time, but is then offered part-time admissions since a lot of schools have lower GPA/LSAT standards for part-timers.

2.) Do Law schools differentiate between full-time and part-time students when handing out scholarships? If an applicant is well above a 75th percentile for a school, does their scholarship chances decrease if they apply full time? Or are the scholarships handed out to the top part-time applicants AND the top full-time applicants?

The only schools I'm familiar with do not let you apply to both, but you should call and ask.
Many schools give significantly less aid to part-time students, for a variety of reasons.
