Top Law Schools

Once you take it does it automatically go to every school you have applied to? Also, will schools have rejected me by then if the original score I applied with wasn't that good? If I am on a waitlist and the new score is super good (like good enough that I would have been admitted right away) will I likely be admitted?

I am confused about how this would work and how schools would be notified of it or view it.
