Question about early decision school choice

I'm currently a junior at a top engineering school and I'm thinking about applying for JD next year. I've done several practice LSAT's and I score around 175 on average and I have a 3.4 GPA (I understand it's a little low but I'm in a very demanding aerospace engineering program and I'm hoping law schools will acknowledge that). I want to apply to a school for early decision. I don't want to be unrealistic but I also don't want to apply early-decision to a school I can get in for sure. Can anybody tell me what are some of the schools I should consider for early decision realistically speaking? Thank you!
