I read on TLS that fee waiver are usually granted a week or two after a student receives an LSAT score. What if I apply two days after I get my LSAT score. If a school grants me a fee waiver later will I be reimbursed?

Look on the fee waiver tracker. There is a column for whether the schools will reimburse you

fwiw, Chicago's website said no we don't reimburse and someone successfully gor reimbursed a few days ago. It's not set in stone - can't hurt to just email the school and ask.
