I'm about to start my second year out of undergrad.

Last year I worked for a small packaging distribution firm. This month I just got hired at an NLJ 250 firm as a litigation clerk.

Should I be getting an LOR from the small packaging distribution firm? I'm about to submit my ED to Penn.
