As for the first thing, yes, I would disclose it. I can't imagine any admissions officer would hold something like that against you, but imagine how pissed you'd be if, a few years from now, you're prevented from taking the bar because it looks like you were trying to hide it.

As for your second question, I'm not sure. I'm trying to figure out the exact details of that process myself.

Even more so because they let you take the bar before C&F, so you'd have studied and passed before you found out this would be a problem.

OP - just disclose it. It won't be a big deal at all.
