Legit LSAC Fee Waiver Appeal - Bankruptcy

Has anyone used this excuse to win an LSAC Appeal?

I'm unemployed. Parents supposedly "income exceeds the eligibility criteria" therefore I was denied. However, they recently filed for Chapter 11. Is that enough to grant me a Fee Waiver through LSAC.

Anyone?

Bankruptcy wouldn't alter their income. If anything, it would be discharging their debts and granting them more income.

You fail to recognize that people who file for bankruptcy PROVE that they have no means of repaying their debt regardless of their income. Bankruptcy isn't free either, you have to pay the court and lawyer fees. Meaning money is tight. Also, you can't use any form of credit. Therefore, how will I dish out 80 dollars a pop for applications?
