Character & Fitness Question

From my understanding Character and Fitness could be an issue here so I would retain an attorney who deals with those matters pronto. Since it was a civil matter and not a criminal matter I doubt you will have to disclose but nonetheless do not take my word for it and see an experience attorney about this and soon.
