URGENT: LOR Advice Needed

I am having a bit of trouble getting two letters of recommendation from professors. Would getting 1 LOR from a professor and 1 from a former employer (lawyer/former law professor at a school I have not attended ) really hurt me? If so, how much?

One from a prof and one from a boss is fine.

If timing is the issue, just submit the 2nd prof letter at a later date.

First off, this isn't urgent. Second, no it won't hurt. I am only one year removed from undergrad, applied with zero academic LORs, and got accepted everywhere that I should have. Bottom line: LORs matter very little.

Thanks for the responses. The only reason I said 'URGENT' is because if 2 letters of recommendation were crucial, I was planning to sign up today for a class this fall solely to get a LOR from the professor--and classes start today.

I was under the impression that not having 2 prof LOR's hurt; but I have now been informed otherwise. Thank you.
