Sending apps in Oct with 3.05/162 one year

vs

Sending apps in Sept with 3.1/162(assuming no increase in score), the next

at T1 schools, I'm assuming the slight gpa rise doesn't make much difference, but some schools do have gpa floors

I'm thinking the primary difference right now might be circumstances having to do with law school admissions in general. It's kind of a weird time for law schools and nobody's sure how much they're going to reduce class sizes, increase tutition, distribute scholarship money, etc, from year to year.

With that said, if you wait a year you should retake the LSAT.

That nominal increase in GPA won't help you. Youll still be belowpst 25th percentiles. That being said, retake the LSAT so you have a writer chance at good schools.

There is not a single school worth attending that distinguishes between a 3.05 and a 3.1

The GPA rise doesn't matter. Applying one month earlier won't matter. Taking an extra year to max out your LSAT retakes WILL matter. An extra year of work experience could provide a small boost as well. Take the time if you need it.
