I have three transcripts from three separate colleges-two of which are over 1000 miles from where I currently go to school- that need to be mailed into CAS. I read on LSAC that I also have to sign a document which accompanies those transcripts. My question is if that signed document has to accompany all three transcripts when they are sent into CAS. In other words, do I have to fax the signed document to each school which they would then attach to my sent transcript? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Jonathk1, thanks for the help. I might just ask the other two colleges to send in the transcripts to C.A.S. without the signed form from me. It seems like an unnecessary headache to snail mail the schools the signed form just so they can attach it to the transcript to send it to C.A.S. Hopefully it does not create more of a hassle further down the road in the application process.
