Why all the LOR forms I generated are stamped" do not use" over the barcode?

Will LSAC accept this kind of form?

How can I generate a form without the " do not use" ? Thanks!!!

Are you generating samples?

You have to submit your requester to LSAC, then a form is generated for him/her that you print.
