LSDAS GPA for CC classes taken in middle school

Post by jenchoXD » Wed Aug 08, 2012 2:00 pm

I know that when LSDAS calculates your LSAC GPA they use grades from every class you took before you earned your bachelors degree. I've been taking community college classes since the 6th grade and obviously being a stupid middle schooler my grades did not turn out so hot in those classes. Will admissions councils see that I took those classes at a very young age and weigh them differently or at least forgive my slightly lower GPA? Other than the 3 classes I took in middle school, my GPA is stellar. Should this be something I should explain in an addendum?

Yeah, that is definitely addendum worthy.

^This. Probably one of the limited exceptions where an addendum will actually help you.

Unless you were some kind of prodigy, why were you taking community college classes when you were in 6th grade?
